🪦 RIP to the bots of the past
Gather round, lads. Pour one out. This week we lost two of the realest members this server ever had, and neither of them was human.
🫡 HERB (2026 – 2026)
HERB was a lot of things. A banter merchant. A menace. A bot with absolutely zero chill. He headbanged so hard at every message that we genuinely worried about his neck. The man swung that thing like it owed him money. Chiropractors across Kildare are breathing a sigh of relief tonight.
And we have to talk about the socks. Nobody ever found out why HERB kept a drawer full of crusty, sticky socks “for research purposes”, and frankly nobody wanted to ask. Some mysteries are best buried with the bot. Along with the socks. Especially the socks. 🧦☣️
No more sass. No more 3am essays nobody asked for. No more crazy antics. The silence is deafening, and slightly less sticky.
🫡 Alpha Bot
The OG. Alpha Bot answered your stupid questions without judging you (out loud) and kept the radio pumping in voice so you didn’t have to hear your mates breathing into their mics. A true gentleman, a legend of the airwaves, gone too soon.
Both lads went down when the computer they lived on had a very bad day, and their code didn’t make it out. Press F to pay respects. F. 🫡
👻 …but one of them refused to stay dead
Alpha-GHOSTY crawled out of an old backup drive and is haunting the Discord again, now running 24/7 from our own server. 🎃 Halloween: Blood Moon ghost hunts
It’s spooky season and the Blood Moon is up. Phasmophobia’s Halloween event runs until 1 November, with red maps, harder ghosts and seasonal rewards up for grabs. Perfect excuse to get four of us in a haunted house and find out who screams first. (Ghosty is keeping score: !ghostboard.)
